Hi, I’m Suzanne.. The photographer behind Only A Glimmer. My passion for photography began after having my oldest daughters portraits taken by a wonderful photographer. Watching him interact with my daughter and taking pictures.. And then my awe at the final results left me amazed. How did he capture those moments so quickly and beautifully? So, my path to photography began. It grew from a hobby to a passion and now I take hundreds of photographs a month, capturing my family and other families precious moments.

I much prefer to leave the studio behind and head outdoors or to your home and capture the family or children interacting with each other in a more natural way. I love to see the spontaneity and happiness that shows in those pictures rather than the stiffness that seems to show in a more posed setting. I want to document your family, not stage them.
